Another night, listening to the Fire Brigade Comms on my trusty 780, when I heard two units from Cooks Hill and units from Hamilton and Carrington calling in code seven's. I jumped onto the phone and two way calling Mickey P, The units were responding to a house fire in Rodgers Street Carrington, Mickey P answers my call and starts to tune in while getting himself ready to roll, The house fire is just on the other side of Throsby Creek from his house.
Upon arrival the fire units found the house well alight and sent a red red red message to inform all units of the situation. Eventually the fire was put out however the houses on either side were damaged as well
